The Center for Family Medicine provides on-site diagnostic tests and imaging for added convenience and continuity of care.

For people with heart-related medical conditions, on-site EKGs are available as well as Holter monitors and stress tests. Additionally, the Center for Family Medicine has a full-size DeXA on-site for bone mineral density testing as well as digital x-ray and ultrasound services. CFM has a strong relationship with a variety of specialty physicians including cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and orthopedics may require a referral.
