Aviation Medical Exams

The Center for Family Medicine is very pleased to provide flight physicals for pilots.

The Center for Family Medicine is pleased to be able to perform airmen medicals at our location. We can perform all classes of medicals but cannot perform contract tower medical. We do not perform basic meds from AOPA on pilots who are not patients in the clinic. These will need to be performed by your primary care provider.

For all medicals, prior to coming in for the appointment the airman needs to go to medxpress.faa.gov and fill out the Application for Airman Medical Certificate or Airman Medical & Student Pilot Certificate (Form 8500-8). If this is not completed before the appointment, the medical cannot be performed and will need to be rescheduled.

There is a flat fee schedule for all classes. There is an additional charge for an AASI or a CACI secondary to the additional requirements. Class I medicals which require an ECG will have an additional fee.
